1. Community guidelines

SHIRAI NAGI OFFICIAL FANCLUB is a place to enjoy music, stories, photos and videos and to communicate respectfully with other members.

Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, discrimination, threats, abuse, spam or disruptive behavior
• Solicitation, account sharing, impersonation or unauthorized commercial activity
• Posting personally identifying information such as addresses, phone numbers, school/workplace details or real-time location
• Illegal activity, infringement of rights or other conduct the operator reasonably considers inappropriate

Members-only content

Members-only photos, videos, audio, diaries and gallery materials are provided for personal viewing inside the FANCLUB. Unauthorized downloading, redistribution, reposting, screen-recording distribution or sharing with third parties is prohibited. Member-identifying watermarks may be displayed for content protection.

2. Accounts

Keep registration information accurate and do not lend, share or sell accounts. The operator may restrict or suspend use when necessary for abuse prevention, security or rights protection.

3. Membership and billing

Available functions and content may differ between free and paid membership. Fees, renewal dates and cancellation conditions are shown during signup and in Stripe.

4. TIP / Support

A TIP is optional one-time support. It does not by itself purchase goods, grant membership, unlock benefits or guarantee an individual response. Confirm the final amount shown by Stripe Checkout before payment. Except for duplicate payments, clear system errors, cases required by law or similar circumstances, user-requested refunds are generally not provided.

5. Content and rights

Rights in text, images, video, audio and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Unauthorized redistribution or third-party sharing of FANCLUB-only content is prohibited.

6. Changes and suspension

Functions may be changed or suspended for maintenance, outages, external-service failures or operational reasons. Important changes will be announced where reasonably possible.
